1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of techchacha.com and to any services you buy from Tech Chacha ("we", "us"). By using the website, submitting an enquiry or making a payment, you agree to them.

If you are buying on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to agree to these terms for that business.

2. Our services

We provide website design and development, e-commerce stores, landing pages, custom web applications, website redesign, maintenance, and related services such as domain registration and hosting set-up. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for your project are set out in the quotation or payment plan we share with you before work begins.

3. Quotations & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). A quotation is valid for 15 days unless it says otherwise.

Work outside the agreed scope (extra pages, features or major revisions) is quoted separately and starts only after you approve it. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown on your invoice.

4. Payments

Payments can be made online through Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets) using the secure payment link we send you, or by bank transfer. We never see or store your card details — they are handled by Razorpay.

Projects may be paid in full upfront or in milestones (for example: token advance, design approval, launch). Each milestone is due before work on the next stage continues. An invoice is issued for every payment received.

Third-party costs such as domain registration and hosting are paid to the provider on your behalf and are billed separately unless included in your package.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide content (text, images, logos, product details), feedback and approvals on time, and confirm that you have the rights to all material you give us. Delays in content or approvals may extend the project timeline.

6. Ownership

Once the project is paid in full, you own the final website design and the content created for you. Third-party themes, plugins, fonts and stock assets remain subject to their own licences. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

7. Support & warranty

We fix bugs in the work we delivered free of charge for 30 days after launch. Ongoing updates, new features and maintenance after that period are available under a separate maintenance plan.

8. Limitation of liability

We take care to deliver reliable work, but we are not liable for indirect losses (such as loss of business or profit), or for issues caused by third-party services (hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins) or changes made by others after hand-over. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

9. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Mohali (SAS Nagar), Punjab. We will always try to resolve concerns with you directly first — just call or email us.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you make a payment applies to that payment.
