Shipping & delivery 🚀

1. Digital services — no physical shipping

Tech Chacha provides digital services (website design, development, hosting set-up and maintenance). Nothing is shipped physically, so there are no shipping or courier charges.

2. How your project is delivered

Your website is delivered online: we publish it on your domain (or hand over the files and login access), and share all admin logins and credentials with you by email or WhatsApp.

3. Delivery timelines

Delivery time depends on the project and is confirmed in your quotation. As a guide: landing pages in about 5–7 working days, business websites in about 2–3 weeks, and e-commerce stores or custom web apps in about 3–6 weeks after we receive your content and the advance payment.

Timelines can extend if content, feedback or approvals are delayed. We keep you updated at every milestone.

4. Payment confirmation & invoices

As soon as an online payment is successful, you see a confirmation on screen and your invoice is generated instantly. If you share your email, we also send the invoice link by email.

5. Domain & hosting activation

Domains and hosting purchased for you are usually activated within 24–48 hours of payment, subject to the provider's verification.

6. Delays or issues

If you haven't received an expected delivery or update, contact us using the details below and we'll respond within 2 working days.
